Kenny Chen, President, brought more than 15 years of experience in ERP software development to the original development of the PSI solution. A gifted and painstaking programmer, Ken began his career writing some of the standard-setting printer drivers for Hewlett Packard. Ken is a recognized expert in PowerBuilder applications, and he has contributed novel approaches to the Sybase library. Joe Afonso, Vice-president-Technology, adds extraordinary depth in hardware integration and communications to PSI's "turnkey" capabilities. Joe's hands-on experience with many current and legacy network architectures, including AS/400 and Wintel client-server systems, has made him one of the industry's top troubleshooters. Designing new ERP systems or migrating from legacy technology, Joe's expertise is the best assurance of a smooth implementation. Bill MacDougall, Vice-president-Marketing, brings extensive entrepreneurial experience to PSI based on his years as principal partner in a marketing communications firm and as a private consultant on Customer Satisfaction research and metrics. Wayne Candy, Business Development Manager, has developed a technical background that includes Web, LAN/WAN, RS/6000 and EDP solutions to build a career spanning manufacturing, distribution and service industries. A recent recruit to PSI, Wayne has previously held senior management positions in marketing, finance and production. Ken Hak, Manager-Implementation Services, leads PSI's implementation and process development services with the insight of nearly 15 years in materials management and production control with some of Canada's leading manufacturers. John Chan, Application Development Manager, educated as mechanical engineer with background in product development, John's 10 years of practice in programming and database applications includes the original development of several modules of PSI solution
