PSI Capacity Requirements
Planning (CRP) provides a comprehensive set of tools that are used to
create, adjust and measure machine loading. This module will allow your
company to determine the machine and labor resources necessary to execute
production plans. These plans may be either actual or simulations. Other
features of the system include:
- Load shuffling
through the work center hierarchy
- Highlighting
of urgent emergent issues
- Multi-level
requirements pegging
- Graphical
representations
- Variable
planning periods
In addition,
this module also allows you to see the effects of shift changes or overtime
on your production plans. On-line dispatch lists inform floor personnel
of priority changes.
Also included
are tool planning functions which log tool life cycles, maintenance needs,
and job needs to provide a complete picture of your plan requirements.
