Implementation Assessment: Mitchell Plastics
This
assessment was held with Greg Paupst, Executive Vice-president and General
Manager of Mitchell Plastics Limited. PSI implemented an ERP solution
for Mitchell Plastics, a manufacturer of plastic automotive parts in Kitchener
Ontario, between August 1999 and May 1, 2000. The project included design
and installation of a Windows NT network in place of the existing AS400
business system. The interview with Greg Paupst took place 10 days following
the live launch, to review the performance of PSI software and staff through
the implementation period. The customer was asked to rate specific areas
on a scale of 1 to 10, and to volunteer any relevant comments about the
process.
